Do you want to stress less and find more calm and peace in your life? Join us Sundays from 9:00 am - 9:30 am (PST) for a guided Mindfulness Meditation with one of our inspiring teachers via Facebook Live.

Mindfulness simply means awareness. It is a practice where you are intentionally paying attention to the present moment while putting aside your programmed biases. This allows you to break free from old patterns that no longer serve you and open up to the possibilities of life.

Each Sunday, one of the Center for Mindful Living's experienced teachers will lead you through a guided practice so you can start experiencing the transformative benefits of Mindfulness in your own life.
